At Narrative Media we love telling alumni stories, it's incredibly gratifying to document the accomplishments of former students. Whether we're highlighting stories about overcoming adversity or celebrating tremendous achievements, it's always fun to relive the journey these individuals and share that story with an emotional and impactful video. This project was not different. See how Tony, Anthony and Chris, started their own business and went up against Intel to become of the premiere drone light show companies in the world.

The Rowan Opportunity Program TV Spot

This spot is a great example of what you can do with a solid b-roll library. We produced this ad completely from existing footage, meaning we didn't have to shoot anything new and didn't have to incur any additional expenses. Furthermore, we were able to turn it around on a short deadline. We wrote the script, secured the VoiceOver talent, created the spot and published it in just 4 days. This workflow efficiency is just one of the many benefits that a long term partnership with our team can bring.

Rowan: Be Unstoppable

Rowan University partnered with Narrative Media to produce a series of high energy videos showcasing a vibrant in-person, on-campus student experience that is available for incoming freshmen. These videos launch as accepted students are making their final decisions about where to attend college in the fall. Narrative Media wrote, produced, and directed 60, 30 and 15 second versions of the spots.

NJPC: Be More in NJ

Narrative Media produced this spot along with three additional 15 second spots for the New Jersey President's Council as part of the Learn More, Earn More, Be More in New Jersey Campaign.

USciences: Covid-19 Day of Giving

University of the Sciences asked us to produce this video to help raise money for their student emergency fund during Covid 19. Given the current quarantine we needed to produce the spot remotely. We recorded Emily's prepared remarks using a video conference app and screen recording software. We then filmed her video being played back on a laptop in various work from home environments. We've written up a pretty extensive behind the scenes blog post on the subject. You can view it here. USciences had a goal of raising $30,000 for their emergency fund, with the help of this video they were able to raise $80,000.

Rowan College of Science and Math Brand Video

Narrative Media produced this brand video for the College of Science and Math (CSM) at Rowan University. At CSM undergraduate students have access to research equipment that isn't available anywhere else on the eastern seaboard. Rowan wanted to show both the equipment and the fact that students have access to it. With that in mind we developed our mantra for this project, "Look at all this cool stuff, and students actually get to use it". By focusing on student stories and highlighting their access to both equipment and faculty we were able to show that at CSM, undergraduate students have unique access that they won't find elsewhere.

State of NJ: Safe Haven PSA

Narrative Media was commissioned to produce a series of 60, 30 and 15 second PSAs, for the NJ Department of Children and Families. The PSAs highlight their Safe Haven program that allows mothers of infant children to legally, safely and anonymously leave their children in care of The State at any hospital, fire station, police station or rescue squad if they are unable to care for the children themselves. The spots were promoted through paid marketing on social media and with earned media press events featuring the First Lady of the State of NJ. The spots have made well over 1 million media impressions to date. Narrative Media is currently working with the Department of Children and Families to produce Spanish language versions of the spots to broaden their impact.
