Promoting Mental Health Awareness
with Independence Blue Cross and SteegeThomson Communications
We had the opportunity to partner with SteegeThomson Communications and Independence Blue Cross to produce the video content for a new mental health awareness campaign, “Know Your Mind”.
As we move into winter, and a holiday season that will be unlike any other, communities in our region are facing an entirely new set of stressors. We’re proud to have helped produce work for this campaign that focuses on self-care, awareness of symptoms of anxiety and depression, and steps that individuals can take to get help when self-care isn’t enough.
Narrative Media created multiple versions of the content to fit the viewing preferences of various platforms, including vertically formatted videos for Instagram Stories and Facebook Stories as well as traditional widescreen videos for Facebook and Twitter newsfeeds.
